Energon has over 10 years experience working within energy management and 23 years experience in international environmental communications. The development of the team is reflected through Energon´s fantastic achievements. The company has grown to encompass the assessment of energy efficiency in industry, the PR of waste management and the promotion of environmentally friendly products and services. The company has developed a substantial amount of knowledge with regards to the energy consumption of many industries and at present is concentrating on energy savings within the hospitality industry. A particular area that we have successfully promoted and implemented internationally is the introduction of Energy Management Systems which meet the criteria specified under the new standard EN16001.
The second area in which we support is environmental communications and programme management. We draft communications and marketing pieces for environmentally friendly products and services, national parks, eco designs and environmental programmes. Our clientele usually consist of industrial companies, ministries, the World Bank and the European Commission. We offer assistance to tailor-made projects on a regional, national and international basis.
Furthermore, due to our extensive experience in international project management we also conduct workshops and training sessions, speciality conferences, canvassing for new business and marketing, market research and corporate design. To manage these areas a multitude of other associated tasks occur i.e. constructing programmes to introduce environmental certifications, converting energy efficiency projects in KMU´s, producing macro-economic estimations of national energy systems for international financial organizations, leading university courses and creating training materials and training systems. We strive to run for the international F&E Projects and are involved in programmes such as Life, Leonardo da Vinci, IEE and CIP as the project coordinator.
In addition, we are also in the process of building a brand new Energon ´film´ focusing on environmental sustainability.
